"Rejected"
I'm not a fan of cinema, I don't like to watch screens, but there is one or another film that I have managed to like, one in particular that, in my opinion, is not just a movie. It is a mix between plastic art, photography and cinema, using as an argument the fact that it does not have one. The plot of the film is precisely the apparent lack of meaning and the irony of human stupidity, with the justification that all the short films that make up the complete film were for a television channel in the form of commercials or family content. But what impresses me the most is that the creator of this film (who is a screenwriter, photographer, filmmaker, etc.), does everything practically alone, and as if that were not enough, in a very short time after starting to publish his work, he managed to win international film awards, including Oscar nominations.
"Rejected" even if they argue with me, for me, it is a work of art and Don Hertzfeldt is a rather daring artist who gave us a cult film.
What a talented director. Great courage to do everything alone. I will consider that movie :)
